Offline payments accepted:

  •  Cheque (drawn on an Australian bank only),
  •  Direct deposit
  •  Money order. ( Aust.)
  •  Wire Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer –will incur both sending & receiving international bank transfer fees.
  •  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards are accepted by telephone or fax payment to 61 754785577 and quoting your order number and contact details, please choose “offline payment’’ for this option.


Wholesale payments:

  •  Payment can be made by direct deposit or cheque.
  • In addition to cost of goods a freight charge will be applied to your order

Shipping:


Within Australia.

  • Orders will be dispatched by Australia Post, unless other arrangements are made through direct contact. Minimum postage charge is $8.40.
  • Goods in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of the order. Please allow up to 28 days for goods pending restocking. You will be advised promptly if there is any delay.
  • Goods are not sent out on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
  • Delivery is by express post or standard mail through Australia Post. Express post is traceable, however please note if you choose standard mail this does not have a tracking number and no proof of shipping is available should you need to pursue non deliveries with your local postal service. We will do everything possible to ensure your delivery details are clear and are on both the outside and inside of your package, however, responsibility of delivery passes to the relevant postal service upon shipping and no further responsibility is taken.


International Shipping.

Custom duties, taxes or other fees that may apply in some instances, in the country of destination are the purchaser’s responsibility. The onus is on the purchaser to determine if the product/s being shipped is restricted by the country of destination.


Shipping - Wholesale Customers.


We use Australia Post or Couriers Please within Australia depending on which method is more cost efficient and timely.  We will quote several options for international shipping so the client can select which best meets their needs. We always work out the most cost efficient means to send your goods. Shipping will be added to your order and an updated invoice will then be sent to you.
You must select “WHOLESALE ORDER”, so we can apply the most cost efficient shipping method and rates to your order.

Returns:


The Alpaca and Natural Textile Store will exchange or replace defective goods at our discretion. Please contact us within 48hours of receiving goods.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to.


Before any goods will be accepted for return, a return authorization number from Alpaca and Natural Textiles Store must be obtained.
Once return authorization is received customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Alpaca and Natural Textiles Store. We will then ship the replacement goods at our expense. A return authorization number may be obtained by calling  61 7 54785577  61 7 54785577 , Mon-Fri 10.30am-4pm.


Exchanges or returns can be made providing:
- The goods are in original condition
- The price tag is attached and returned with the goods
- A copy of the original receipt is provided
- A return authorization number has been obtained from Alpaca and Natural textiles Store
- Goods are packed carefully and returned by registered post

NOTE:  Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.
